These terms apply to services provided by PreviewViz.com. By using our site or ordering a service, you agree to them.
We produce after visuals from before photos you provide. Turnaround is typically under 24 hours after we have a usable photo. The free sample is one after image made from one of your own photos, provided at no cost and with no obligation.
Current prices are listed on our pricing page. Prices are in US dollars. Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Custom and portfolio work is scoped by arrangement.
You confirm that you have the right to send us any photo you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You keep ownership of your photos. We keep ownership of the visuals we produce, but you receive a license to use them for your business — in bids, listings, portfolios, social media, and client-facing materials. You may not resell the visuals as standalone products.
The free sample is yours to keep, whether or not you buy a plan. We may use the sample internally to improve our work, but we will not publish it publicly without your permission.
If a paid visual does not match the brief we agreed, tell us and we'll adjust it. Revisions that change the agreed brief may be treated as a new project.
If we cannot produce a usable visual for a paid project, we'll refund that project. Once a visual has been delivered and accepted, it is not refundable. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing period.
We do our best work, but the visuals we produce are representations of what a finished project could look like. They are not guarantees of any specific construction outcome. You are responsible for any use of the visuals in listings, ads, or client-facing material.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sedgwick County, Kansas.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at previewviz.com/terms.html.
